About Villa Kvinta

Family holiday house Villa Kvinta (suitable for ten guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms and sauna) is located in at the heart of Istria, in the peaceful village of Rojnići near medieval towns of Žminj and Svetvincenat (St. Vincent) and from where every corner of Istria is easily and quickly reachable either to enjoy beautiful beaches in Medulin ili Rovinja or mountain walks on the hills of Učka mountain.

Our family holiday house Kvinta provides plenty of space, comfort and privacy which makes it ideal for perfect family holiday.

Kvinta is the modern holiday house which 180 m2 of indoor surface stretches over two floors and provides four comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with flat TV with satellite channels and modern AC units, which can comfortably accommodate ten guests. Our guests can swim in the private pool with spacious sun deck during the hot days or relax in the Finnish sauna during winter. In the garden there is brand new outdoor ping pong table available for house guests.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living room overlooking the pool and the garden. The kitchen and the dining area are equipped with big dining table, an electric stove, electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle and dishwasher. On the same floor there is separate air-conditioned double bed bedroom with private bathroom, with exit to the garden and the pool. On the upper floor there are three air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds, each bedroom is equipped with a wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, an LCD TV with satellite reception and a CD player.

On this floor there are also two bathrooms with showers. Our guests can peacefully enjoy in on the large terrace overlooking the pool, sun deck and the garden. The house was decorated with light surfaces, natural materials and carefully planned lighting, ensuring a pleasant and relaxing stay. Free high-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout the house and the garden. The house is also equipped with a Play Station, DVD player and wireless Bluetooth speaker.

The house is equipped with separate technical area with a washing machine, a private parking area for two cars, and a children’s highchair and cradle(s). Outside of the house, our guests can enjoy the large 800m2 garden with a private pool of 8 m x 4 m and with a depth of 1.2-1.4m which is surrounded with aromatic plants. Sun deck near the pool is equipped with deck chairs and a parasol made of natural materials. In order to ensure the complete privacy of guests and the safety of children, the whole house is surrounded by hedges and natural stone fences. The garden also has an outdoor shower, a large barbecue area and a dining table for ten people.

In the cold days the house is heated with modern and efficient heating system.

For our youngest guests we have children corner where kids can boost their creativity.

Pets are welcomed (subject to pool policy).
